As a key account manager for planning offices/building and housing economy, you will be advising and accompanying customers in the building/construction and housing economy and planning offices with professional expertise and sales intuition. You will be responsible for creating individual building technology concepts, communicating with tendering and deciding authorities, and positioning suppliers. You will also work closely with the sales internal department and other departments in the company.
Requirements
- Comprehensive technical/commercial education with a focus on SHK technology or building and building technology
- Sales experience in the external service in the area of building technology
- Experience with the target group building/construction and housing economy and planning offices
- Fluent German language skills
