Client Account Manager role to own the client journey from consultative sales to recruitment delivery to onboarding and retention, with opportunities for step-up and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Account Management, Recruitment Account Management, or B2B Customer Success
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM/ATS/Collaboration tools
- Ability to work full U.S. Central or Pacific time zones reliably
- Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
