Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on in-licensing, lifecycle management, and deal making
- Proven track record of success in business development and the in-licensing of pharmaceutical products, including due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert a new business pipeline and consistently advance opportunities from first contact through signed agreement
- University degree in Science, Business, Management, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Project and time management expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
