Job Details
Under general direction of the Contracting & Compliance Director, the Contracts Support Analyst II is responsible for drafting and processing contracts for sales and operations support.
Responsibilities
Responsible for templating, drafting, and processing contracts and contract change communications.
Maintains customer satisfaction and communicates performance measures and policies and procedures.
Works on special projects as directed.
Responds to inquiries received through direct email, shared inbox, or phone with customers.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Analyze daily, weekly, monthly production reports for accuracy, inconsistencies and and abnormalities in processes.
Able to thoroughly develop, create and maintain detailed procedures.
Work with all levels of management, if needed, to perform data analysis and to identify trends that impacts operating processes.
Able to identify issues that impact customer, vendors and proactively communicate findings, suggesting improvement solutions to management.
Utilize production reports to determine the root causes of issues and recommend solutions in assisting the resolution of the problem.
Analyze customer purchase histories and perform additional related research to improve business process and reduce error rates.
Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program; normally requires a minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible related experience.
