We work directly with different industries including Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking & Insurance, Telecom & Multimedia, and Rail; offering services ranging from project design development to test/validation, programming, implementation, and manufacturing.

ALTEN Mexico as a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group. Currently working with international clients, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience who masters both front-end (user interface) and back-end (servers, databases, business logic) development. In this role, the focus will be on:

• Building interactive components with React and Next.js.
• Managing multiregional content with Contentful CMS.
• Optimizing web performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web features for Lucid's US and EU market websites
• Build and integrate React-based front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Implement and manage content delivery pipelines using Contentful CMS, including content modeling, API integrations, and localized content management for multiple regional markets
• Develop and optimize server-side rendered (SSR) pages using Next.js to ensure fast load times, strong SEO performance, and scalable architecture
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specs into polished, production-ready web experiences
• Support multi-region content strategies, including multi-language and multi-locale configurations within Contentful
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Document technical implementations, component libraries, and integration workflows

Requirements

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router).
• Knowledge of Contentful CMS (content modeling, REST/GraphQL APIs, localization).
• JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
• HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Intermediate-advanced English (technical meetings and documentation).

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with automotive or consumer brand websites.
• Knowledge of EU web regulations (GDPR, WCAG 2.1).
• CI/CD pipelines with Vercel or AWS.
• Design systems with Storybook or Tailwind CSS.
• Back-end development with Node.js.
• Analytics and A/B testing integrations (Google Tag Manager, Optimizely).
