About The Role:

Boot Camp Sales Development Representative (Remote - Must Reside in Puerto Rico)

Full Time | $12.50 p/h + Monthly Commissions

As a Boot Camp Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, building powerful relationships with prospective clients and unlocking new opportunities. You'll use your communication skills, business savvy, and consultative mindset to articulate solutions, tailor offerings to client needs, and drive meaningful business results. Your work will directly help companies connect with the right audience, at the right time — fueling their success and yours.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities.
  • Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert.
  • Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals.
  • Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information.
  • Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels.
  • Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations.
  • Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed.

What You Bring:

Requirements:

  • Legal residence in Puerto Rico
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Reliable computer (desktop or laptop) and high-speed internet connection
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
