Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing role at a developer-focused SaaS company.
- Strong fluency in modern software development workflows, tools, and ecosystems (CI/CD, APIs, Git-based development, cloud platforms).
- Hands-on technical proficiency—comfortable reading and writing code in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help engineering teams be more productive.
- A self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
