Essential Functions:
- Development of a full scope talent acquisition process for Partner Practices leveraging the processes and procedures from the RPO firm.
- Develop, implement, and manage national and regional sourcing strategies for clinical and administrative positions.
- Proactive pipeline development including the designing, building and maintaining a strong and diverse network of potential candidates via the RPO applicant tracking system.
- Develop best practices & guidelines to standardize & streamline the processes between yourself, recruiting agencies, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and provide support with job descriptions, job posting strategies, and compensation package recommendations to attract and retain top candidates.
- Maintain a real-time accurate recruiting activity tracker & metrics dashboard.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to proactively work with third party recruiters, hiring managers & physicians to support & drive the recruitment process from start-to-finish.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Lever).
- Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-outreach, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
- Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight against defined goals and expectations.
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years managing a full scope recruiting program with 4+ years of healthcare specific clinical & administrative recruiting experience
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 6+ years of clinical & administrative recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or Similar
