Step into the role of Operations Specialist where you'll provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.
- Coordination of key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.
- Monitoring of compliance activities
- Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.
