Primary Duties
- Assist in gathering and preparing web data and metrics.
- Help in analyzing website performance and identifying trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver insights that support business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of user feedback mechanisms.
- Participate in the optimization of web elements for better functionality and user engagement.
- Aide in generating reports that summarize key findings and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Confluence, Zendesk).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Gain hands-on experience in web analytics and data interpretation.
- Collaborate on cross-department projects involving web technologies.
- Develop skills in data-driven decision-making.
- Enhance understanding of IT processes in a healthcare technology context.
