About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide personalized pre-sales and post-sales support to mass market customers and channel partners within a defined region. You will work closely with customers, partner FAEs, and internal sales teams to support the successful adoption of embedded products such as MCUs, MPUs, and wireless solutions.
Key Technical Skills
- C programming with hands-on experience in embedded software development
- 3+ years of experience in embedded roles
- Experience with IDEs and toolchains (e.g., Keil, IAR, Eclipse-based)
- Experience with hardware peripherals, device drivers, and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO)
- Strong software and/or hardware debugging skills
- Deep understanding of operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS, Azure OS, Zephyr)
- Knowledge of embedded systems fundamentals, including middleware, memory utilization, clocking, and timers
- Wireless technologies (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) — an advantage
Daily Activities & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized post-sales technical support via email, Teams, and other channels, understanding customer issues and resolving them efficiently
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, applications, and use cases, and support effective product positioning
- Support partner FAEs in distribution by helping resolve technical challenges and enabling them to succeed with the company's products and solutions
- Provide training materials, technical collateral, and demos to partners
- Act as a key internal advocate for partner FAEs
- Participate in business reviews, identifying gaps and escalating issues to support customer wins and revenue growth
- Manage multiple technical topics in parallel in a fast-paced environment while clearly communicating complex issues

- Confidence in explaining complex technical topics in 1:1 interactions (calls, meetings, email)
- Interest and passion for embedded systems and MCU-related technologies
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and focus on achieving outcomes (DIN / DWIN / Revenue)
- Willingness for limited travel (less than 5%)
