Partner with the best

You will manage multiple complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals. As a program manager, you will lead the cross-functional alignment of the entire product lifecycle. Your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Akamai's business.

As a Program Manager II you will be responsible for:

• Building key initiatives across Wizards core team and cross-functional environments towards annual Idea jams and implementation
• Building marketing and innovation events across the company for generation of Ideas
• Performing detailed analysis of Program feasibility, success criteria, impact and resources
• Working with stakeholders to plan activities, identify and manage dependencies and ensure communication for high visibility programs

• Demonstrate experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical team
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Be able to influence and motivate others with a perseverance to handle stimulating business situations
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning
