AI Native Developer (Backend Python)

We are looking for an AI Native Developer — an engineer whose primary development tool is Claude Code, not a text editor.

To be direct about how we work: we do not hand-write application code here. Our applications are generated by Claude Code, directed by engineers. Your job is to design systems, decompose features into clear specifications and prompts, orchestrate Claude Code to generate the implementation, then rigorously review, test, and harden what it produces. You are the architect, director, and quality gate — Claude Code is the builder.

This is a fundamentally different way of working. Engineers in this role ship in days what traditional teams ship in weeks, because their skill is in specification, judgement, and verification rather than typing code. If you still measure your value in lines of code written by hand, this role is not for you.
