As a CSR Regional Manager, you will lead a team to provide incredible client experience and seek out opportunities to expand our services with established and new clients. You will empower your team, build trusted client partnerships, and directly impact the success of innovative agricultural operations.
Requirements
- Prioritize the needs of the team
- Challenge and provide accountability to team members
- Coach team members to be humble and passionate
- Facilitate regular CSR team meetings
- Consult and provide proposal approval for client credit situations
- Supervise Client Service Representatives Team
- Respond to client requests within 24 hours
- Determine needed information required to meet client needs
- Effectively communicate results to clients
- Work with clients to find win/win solutions to issues
- Develop knowledge base and relationships with production teams
- Assist with the collection of accounts receivable
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet complex client needs
