Talent Pool - Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote in Latam

Please note: Fluent English (B2+) is required for seamless communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Develop and consume APIs to ensure smooth integration between services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Technical Requirements

• +4 year of strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#).
• Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Proactive, professional, and collaborative communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection and proper equipment.
