We are currently looking for a Service Account Manager to join the Agilent Technologies Service Sales team in Netherlands, part of the Agilent CrossLab Group Division. In this highly independent role in an international team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling enterprise solutions, as well as aftersales service contracts, to a designated portfolio of named accounts in Netherlands. Your key objectives will include maintaining and expanding existing contracts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving your financial targets.
Your main tasks will also include:
- managing the installed base inventory and the contract set-up
- consistently monitoring the contract performance
- creatively tailoring solutions for needs of various accounts
- generating new business possibilities
- driving account plans
The broad portfolio of services and the help from support teams will allow you to propose Asset Management, Enterprise Solutions and Multi-Vendor Services in order to develop your business volume.
In this critical sales role you will apply your commercial expertise to sell solutions consultatively. You will collaborate closely with the local Field Service organization, the Instrument sales teams and the other members of the Service Sales team.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and motivated team player who is passionate about sales and with a following background:
University Degree
Sales experience in either Agilent's markets, or in enterprise services sales (software, IT)
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch and English.
