Agilent is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our analytical instrumentation portfolio in the Veneto region!
In this role, you will:
• Drive Agilent Technologies’ core solutions in Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy.
• Develop and maintain professional sales relationships with customers.
• Manage existing accounts by strengthening business relationships and introducing new products and workflow solutions.
• Identify and acquire new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with a dynamic sales team, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
• University degree in Chemistry, Biology Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
• A working understanding of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, particularly as applied in an analytical laboratory setting.
• A good understanding of the sales process, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role, will be considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent Italian language skills.

On a personal level, you have the skills to build and maintain networks both internally and externally. You are highly motivated, with strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
