We are collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Belgium and are currently seeking a qualified individual for the crucial position as Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator at our vendor’s office in Beerse. This role focuses on efficiently scheduling and coordinating Agilent engineers for on-site maintenance activities, while maintaining and updating a detailed service calendar to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The main objectives of this position are to:
• Serve as the first point of contact for contract-related queries while representing Agilent Technologies with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
• Effectively plan and schedule engineers for on-site maintenance activities.
• Manage and update service schedules, ensure timely and successful completion of maintenance tasks, and respond promptly to breakdown and repair requests.
• Work in partnership with customer(s) internal & third-party vendors.
• Effectively handle contractual response times, minimizing rescheduling and delivering services within satisfactory timelines.
• Build successful customer relationships, prioritizing customer requirements and keeping customers informed of any scheduling changes.
• Accurately track billable activities to ensure precise monthly invoicing for the customer.
Your Responsibilities will also include:
• Performing daily administrative tasks such as processing quotation requests, raising purchase orders, and reconciling costs.
• Responding to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Managing customer assets and ensuring inventory records remain accurate.
• Monitoring performance metrics to ensure maintenance and repair requests are completed within agreed timelines.
• Creating and managing service orders while maintaining up-to-date information in the SAP CRM system.
• Contributing positively to the team environment by demonstrating ownership, collaboration, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
CORE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• First experience in an administrative, scheduling or customer-focused position (a university degree in Life Science or Technical field or equivalent would be an advantage).
• Full proficiency in Dutch and English.
• A background/previous experience working in a laboratory environment and GMP would be a strong plus.
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office is desired.
