Account Executive position responsible for maintaining and growing Agfa's portfolio of Digital Radiography (DR) Solutions and other products to existing clients, hospitals, and health systems in a specific geography.
Requirements
- Achieving an annual Order Intake and Sales plan for DR and Imaging portfolio products
- Developing consultative sales relationships with key buying influencers
- Maintaining knowledge of the industry trends and competition
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and credibility
- Meet/exceed assigned revenue objectives
- Increase the win rate verses competition
- Preparing and executing strategic account plans
- Improving the accuracy of detailed forecasts and funnel reports
- Improving effectiveness of high level selling at assigned accounts
- Expanding relationships to include Radiology Directors, CFO, COO, and Purchasing
- Providing customer and market intelligence to the Agfa marketing and product development teams
- Taking responsibility for personal development in selling skills and technical proficiency of clinical application
- Effectively coordinate third party partners
- Host site visits and provide on-site demonstration support
- Set clear customer expectations and manage clear communications
- Manage expenses to budget and operate at a standard of excellence
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of time
