Your job responsibilities include

• Create and evolve mobile products for startups and global brands using React Native.

• Craft incredible product experiences and interfaces for iOS and Android apps.

• Develop high-quality React Native applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React patterns, and common mobile libraries.

• Work with native capabilities (navigation, deep links, push notifications, device permissions, etc.) and integrate with third-party SDKs and APIs.

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and contribute to API design when needed.

• Ensure great performance, smooth animations, and high perceived quality on a wide range of devices.

• Be proactive in documenting your own implementations and technical decisions.

• Conduct regular code reviews with team members.

• Engage in the design process by proposing technologies and solutions for each product.

• Collaborate and work alongside project managers, designers, and other developers to create products that you can feel proud of.

• Support less experienced developers in the process, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and the ability to build applications from scratch with sound code design patterns.

• Solid experience building and shipping mobile apps with React Native (iOS and/or Android), ideally in production for real users.

• Deep knowledge of React fundamentals and advanced patterns, plus experience with state management (Context, Redux, Zustand, or similar).

• Strong UI skills: able to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces, responsive layouts, and smooth animations using React Native styling solutions.

• Experience integrating mobile apps with APIs and handling data persistence (AsyncStorage or similar; experience with SQLite/Realm is a plus).

• Experience with unit and integration testing in the React Native ecosystem (Jest, React Native Testing Library, or similar).

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to apply it in a team setting.

• A keen eye for design and the ability to implement interfaces and microinteractions that feel polished across different devices and screen sizes.

• Intermediate English (oral and written) to communicate with clients and teammates.

Nice to have:

• Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the App Store and/or Google Play.

• Experience working with mobile performance optimization (bundle size, startup time, memory usage, etc.).

• Experience with push notification services, analytics, and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Sentry, Segment, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, EAS, Bitrise, or similar).

• Previous work with accessibility (a11y) on mobile interfaces.

• Experience integrating projects with a CMS or backend-for-frontend architecture.

• Infrastructure knowledge (Docker, AWS, or similar) or experience collaborating closely with backend/infrastructure teams.

• Strong sense of taste and an eye for design; averse to visual misalignments.

• Willingness to contribute diverse knowledge and offer a unique perspective.
