At AeroCloud, we are actively seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to play a critical role within our Product team. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the successful candidate will serve as a vital link between AeroCloud’s stakeholders, working in close collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and partners. The distinctive combination of your expertise in Pre-Sales and your profound experience in the aviation industry distinguishes you from others.
Summary of Role
AeroCloud Systems is at the forefront of innovation with its suite of solutions, including Airport Operating Systems (AOS), Passenger Processing Systems (PPS), and AeroCloud Optic. As our Product Specialist, you will be responsible for leading sales and marketing support initiatives, delivering compelling technical demonstrations, orchestrating internal training sessions, facilitating product launches, and overseeing grant management in collaboration with our Bid team.

Ownership and Impact
- Elevate AeroCloud's sales process by leveraging a marketing mindset to provide indispensable technical support, delivering compelling demos that effectively translate technical features into tangible customer benefits, and creating essential sales tools that highlight differentiators and USPs tailored to various user personas.
- Serve as the go-to expert for our Commercial team, handling complex product queries and aiding the Bid team with your Product expertise.
- Play a key role in defining and communicating our products' unique value, creating persuasive content for documents and our website.
- Design and deliver training through webinars, How-To videos, and eLearning materials, ensuring our team and customers are well-informed.
- Create and maintain essential product documentation, from datasheets to How-To guides and insightful whitepapers.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure grants to further AeroCloud's innovation.

Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales, with a solid background in the aviation industry and a keen understanding of value selling and marketing principles. A tech-savvy individual with experience in supporting B2B technology products, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous training experience is a plus.
