Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' medical practice or healthcare call center work experience: Preferred
- Medical terminology experience: Preferred
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) - National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM): Preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association: Preferred
