As a Manager Solutions Consulting CXO, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants for the CHEE region, dedicated to Adobe's CXO portfolio. You will be responsible for building and mentoring the team, leading strategic customer opportunities, and bringing the team's field perspective into pipeline reviews and leadership discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Solutions Consultant or in a comparable pre-sales role
- Proven ability to build and position customer demos using advanced technology
- Existing leadership skills preferred; prior interim coverage or team lead experience is key
- Experience mentoring or leading peers, and readiness to take on formal management responsibility
- Proven track record of winning enterprise customers and building long‐term, trusted customer relationships
- Strong stage presence with a demonstrated footprint speaking at customer, partner, or industry marketing events
- Strong sales instinct: the ability to connect innovation to pipeline outcomes and business value
- A collaborative approach that enables effective work across functions
- Familiar with the Central European enterprise landscape and DACH customer expectations
- Proficient in German and English, comfortable engaging across audiences from practitioner level to C‐suite
