In 1990, Betsy Cerulo founded AdNet/AccountNet with a clear vision: to create a staffing firm that treats every person - whether candidate, client, or team member - with dignity and respect. What began as a response to gaps she observed in traditional staffing has grown into a multifaceted management consulting firm serving federal and state government agencies alongside commercial clients across the United States.

Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, AdNet has spent over three decades proving that staffing can be done differently. The company operates under the philosophy of 'Advocates for Workplace Excellence and Equality,' embedding heart-centered practices into every engagement. Their P3 Formula - Prioritizing People, adapting Processes, and delivering top-quality Placements - sets them apart in an industry often focused solely on filling positions.

As a certified 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), LGBTE, and Women Business Enterprise (WBE), AdNet brings a unique perspective to workforce solutions. They offer contractual and temporary staff augmentation, direct hire services, and executive-level placement across Accounting/Finance, Healthcare, Human Resources, and Legal sectors. Their professional recruiters are also certified coaches, ensuring that placements go beyond matching skills to finding lasting fits.

Beyond business operations, AdNet demonstrates commitment to community through initiatives like the annual Fr. Tom Cerulo Scholarship Fund, supporting students from underserved groups. Their 'Room at the Table' podcast extends this mission, creating conversations about building inclusive workplaces that thrive on equality and compassionate leadership.
