What you will do:

  • Manage complex projects in the area of graphic, digital design and branding (such as brand identity implementation and transformation, marketing and employer branding campaigns, digital product designetc.)

  • Complete projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget

  • Be responsible for the budget: preparing and negotiating cost estimates and delivering regular sales reports, monitoring open purchase orders and remaining budgets, and consistently tracking progress

  • Be responsible for the ongoing and meticulous updating of data within the available work tools

  • Be a pro-active leader that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability

  • Communicate regularly with clients at a senior level

  • Cooperate closely with the Account Manager

  • Be responsible for the clients’ satisfaction, regularly gather clients’ feedback

  • Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients

Requirements

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have minimum 3 years of solid experience as Account Executive, Project Manager or similar (ideally in creative environment)

  • You have good leadership qualities, problem solving skills and responsiveness

  • You have proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders

  • You are proficient in preparing cost estimates and budgeting reports

  • You have excellent organizational, negotiation and presentation skills

  • You are detail-oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over the clients entrusted to you

  • You have experience in managing international client expectations and ensuring project alignment with business goals

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
