NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S
PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
GT Lead Salesforce Engineer, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Translate business requirements into effective platform solutions and scalable applications. Design, construct, and configure high-functioning applications and new technologies while ensuring easy maintenance. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solution, including custom platform development and external data integration. Design custom objects and fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and custom tabs according to application requirements. Support post deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes. Provide application support by analyzing and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance-related issues. Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing. Provide guidance to junior team members on best practices of Salesforce.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience in Information Technology.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
- Developing Salesforce components including objects, fields, workflows, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, reports, dashboards, and triggers;
- Utilizing programmatic solutions such as Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, VF Components, or Security Models for developing on the Salesforce;
- Master Data Management to enhance the CRM environment;
- Salesforce suite such as Salesforce Mobile, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Platform, and the AppExchange;
- Salesforce solutions and how they interact with Prospect to Cash Processes: Sales Management, Contracts, Price and Quote Management, Order Fulfillment Management, Billing Management, Accounts Receivable, and Customer and Distribution; and
- Agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum.
Must complete at least one (1) full-lifecycle Salesforce deployments.
100% Telecommuting permitted.
10% of domestic travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
