Salesforce Administrator

Role: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Fully Remote based anywhere in Europe

Rate: EUR 50 per hour

The role:

A global organisation is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join its team to contribute towards a number of projects. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to provide expert support on a range of technical queries in order to resolve functional and technical issues. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud b2b and Salesforce OMS would be particularly advantageous.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and/or technical issues
• Support e-commerce managers with advanced Store configuration in Experience builder
• Support ecommerce managers with data flows monitoring and management
• Support ecommerce managers with creating custom reports
• Troubleshoot errors from all data exchanges (catalog and image sync, entitlement sync, orders, checkout errors, integration errors, etc)
• Create new page layouts (or update existing ones) related to e-shop management
• Manage internal user accesses (using profiles, permission sets, etc)
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce B2B Commerce best practices and industry trends

This role will be fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe. The rate on offer will be EUR 50 per hour based on skills and experience within this field.
