Requirements
Qualifications:
- **Extensive Experience:** Possess 10-15 years of comprehensive experience in digital program and project management within a Digital Marketing or IT environment, preferably on a global or multi-market scale.
- **Virtual Service Transformation:** Demonstrate familiarity with setting up and driving virtual service transformation initiatives, showcasing your ability to innovate and lead change.
- **Agile Proficiency:** Exhibit proficiency in agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully applying these methodologies in complex project environments.
- **Tool Proficiency:** Showcase strong skills in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and demonstrate adaptability to new technologies, essential for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
