Requirements

Proven software development experience
2 years of experience in backend development, specifically with JVM-based technologies
Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance backend systems in a production environment
Strong Technical Proficiency
Hands-on experience with backend languages and frameworks
Strong experience with automated testing
Strong ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure APIs
Knowledge of Kafka for handling event-driven systems
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Adaptability and resilience in dynamic startup environments
Strong business acumen
Ability to prioritize work effectively to deliver the highest impact for users and stakeholders
Outstanding cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and designers
