Data Onboarding Specialist responsible for client data feed onboarding process, working closely with clients, data providers, and internal teams to drive positive client experiences. The role involves managing data feed onboarding, providing guidance and training to clients, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to implement process and tooling enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, specializing in Client Onboarding and Success within the FinTech and financial advisory sector
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred and considered a plus for this role
- A strong technical knack with an interest in leveraging modern AI productivity tools
- Ability to think critically and effectively balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Track record of demonstrating self-motivation to take on responsibility, a strong team-player mentality, and passion for delivering client-centric outcomes
- Proactive and diligent in documenting team processes and finding opportunities to improve team workflows
