Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership roles.
- 5+ years of automotive dealer B2B software industry experience.
- Franchise dealer software industry experience.
- Technical fluency.
- AI fluency with agentic tooling.
- Mastery of end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, prioritization frameworks, user story creation, release planning, and execution.
- Strong customer focus, listening skills, and executive communication.
