We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Systems & Operations Coordinator to help us build internal systems, manage projects, and keep our team running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative, operations, or project management roles
  • Strong ability to build and maintain internal systems from the ground up
  • Deep proficiency in ClickUp (especially with automations and team onboarding)
  • Hands-on experience with Motion AI for time, task, and workflow management
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools—fast
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience in fast-paced, creative, or startup environments
