• Develop systems that can extract, process, and structure data from multiple online sources
• Build and optimize data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable, CRM-ready insights
• Implement data deduplication, enrichment, and prioritization logic to improve lead quality
• Integrate automation workflows with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and pipeline visibility
• Develop and maintain web scraping systems, including handling rate limiting, session management, and platform-specific logic
• Implement document parsing solutions, including OCR for scanned files and direct extraction from digital documents
• Support the automation of outreach and follow-up processes, including sequencing and lead engagement workflows
• Collaborate closely with the founder to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Monitor and optimize systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability
