The role will design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and expand the HR Technology roadmap using Microsoft Copilot, Workday data, and other enterprise AI platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, data engineering, or software engineering
- Proficiency with Python, Azure AI Services, OpenAI/Microsoft models, or similar frameworks
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or generative AI features
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Workday integration patterns
