Field Engineer position with salary £31,500 per annum. Location: Homebased with travel throughout Scotland. Contract: Permanent – 35 hours per week. Requirements
- Foundation Qualification in ITIL
- Qualifications and/or experience of other Standards associated with IT best practice
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving complex computer related problems
- Familiar with the use of Help Desk systems
- Experience of working in a technical field-based role
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and networks
- Proficient technical knowledge of MS-Windows operating system, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory
- Experience in the provisioning and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and basic networking, Cat5/6 cabling
