Your Impact
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Global Partner Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations, coordination, and continuous improvement of Acre’s global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the global partner program, oversee the Acre Partner Portal, coordinate MDF processes, support global enablement, and strengthen communication across all partner segments. You will also own technology partnership marketing, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing teams to launch co-marketing campaigns with key technology partners.

What You’ll Do
Partner Program Execution
  • Support the daily management and refinement of Acre’s global partner program, including tiers, benefits, and requirements.
  • Maintain partner program materials (guides, onboarding kits, FAQs, and program communications).
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly partner planning cycles with Channel Sales and Channel Marketing.
  • Track partner performance metrics and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
Partner Portal Operations
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Acre Partner Portal, managing content updates, user access, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain deal registration workflows, training modules, resource hubs, and partner profiles.
  • Partner with Digital, Sales Ops, and IT to address portal issues and support enhancements.
  • Monitor engagement analytics and recommend experience improvements.
Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Coordination
  • Manage intake, approval routing, tracking, and reporting for MDF requests.
  • Communicate MDF guidelines clearly to partners and collect required documentation.
  • Maintain monthly leadership updates and confirm completion of funded activities.
  • Gather simple ROI inputs and consolidate performance insights.
Technology Partnership Marketing
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to understand key technology integrations and strategic alliances.
  • Build and execute co-marketing campaigns with technology partners (announcements, solution briefs, webinars, events, case studies).
  • Coordinate partner launch kits and ensure messaging alignment for new integrations.
  • Maintain a shared calendar of technology partner marketing activities.
Partner Communication & Relationship Support
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries related to the program, portal, MDF, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Support Channel Sales in partner calls, QBRs, and planning sessions with prep materials and follow-ups.
  • Assist in delivering partner enablement sessions, webinars, and global partner events.
  • Gather partner insights and relay feedback to internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with NAM and International Channel Marketing teams to support regional campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Work with Product Marketing to distribute launch kits, integration updates, and enablement materials.
  • Align with Digital/IT on portal workflows and PRM/CRM/LMS integrations.
  • Ensure consistent communication, timelines, and documentation across teams.
Program Operations & Creative Support
  • Identify opportunities to streamline partner experience and improve program operations.
  • Contribute to new partner resources, templates, and co-branded assets.
  • Maintain program process documents, calendars, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure all partner-facing content reflects Acre’s brand standards and partner-first values.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel marketing, technology partnerships, or program management (security, SaaS, or tech a plus).
  • Strong program and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfort interacting with partners, presenting, hosting calls, and running co-marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving partner experiences.
  • Experience with partner portals or PRM systems (Impartner, Salesforce PRM, Channeltivity, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic comfort with data, metrics tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Based in North America with the ability to collaborate across global time zones.
