About Acquiry
Acquiry is a Melbourne-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm founded in 2018. We work with strategic acquirers, private equity firms, acquisition-led groups and business owners on confidential transactions.
Our buy-side work starts with a clear acquisition brief: identify suitable businesses, approach owners privately, qualify opportunities and coordinate the process through negotiation, due diligence and completion. We also support selected strategic exits, capital raises and transaction mandates.
Our sector experience includes SaaS and software, fintech and payments, blockchain and digital assets, gaming, and digital media and content. The team combines commercial research, financial analysis and relationship-led deal execution, with confidentiality built into how mandates are handled.
Acquiry is led by founder and CEO Joash Boyton. Our 12-person team is based around a hybrid working model.
