THE WORK:
- You'll design and build innovative data and analytics solutions to support organizational goals and KPIs.
- You'll extract insights through data mining, identifying patterns, correlations, and potential risks for better decision-making.
- You'll automate data collection and apply visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- You'll document and enhance business processes, systems, and analytics throughout project lifecycles.
- You'll validate KPIs and build queries to quantitatively assess business performance.
- You'll develop tools and reports using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, etc.).
- You'll support a data-driven culture and contribute to process improvements across the organization.
- You'll manage cost process implementation and perform data audits across cost management systems.
- You'll generate and publish monthly cost and analytics reports while providing ad hoc insights to leadership.
- You'll administer systems for cash flow projections and ensure consistent use of global WBS codes.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- BS and/or Equivalent Related Experience (5+ yrs) Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) PowerBI, Compass, SAP
