Abridge is looking for a Sr Email & CRM Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that turn their database into pipeline and customers into advocates. The role involves designing and launching nurture journeys, newsletters, ABM-aligned sequences, and customer lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in email, CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, and is familiar with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the messaging cadence needed to influence them over time.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in email, CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-touch lifecycle programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong project management and ownership skills—ability to manage complex, multi-stage programs from kickoff to results.
- Hands-on fluency with the modern email/CRM stack—Braze, HubSpot and/or Marketo paired with Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar to measure program success and influence.
