WhatYou’llWork On

The job purpose of the Structural Heart Imaging Trainer & Screening Analyst role is to perform analysis of Computed Tomography studies and other imaging modalities toassistin achieving the best possible patient outcomes with theNavitorTAVI (TAVR) device through thorough pre-case planning. The Imaging Trainer & Screening Analyst willbe responsible forcreating physician-facing reports for TAVI (TAVR) valve sizing and case planning using the 3Mensio software. In addition, the Imaging Specialist will work with the training team toassistin content development as needed for field and customer training. This role will work closely with the field organization and HCPs and will consult with marketing, quality, R&D and other structural heart business franchises as needed.

  • Analyze CTs for moderately complex cases and provide the commercial teamtimelyreviews toassistin pre-case planning and helpdeterminesuitability forNavitorimplantation.
  • Analyze CTs and providetimelyreviews as needed for various clinical projects.
  • Assess whento consultwith physician proctors based on case complexity.
  • Assistin training stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs) on CT imaging acquisition and interpretation.
  • Assistin developing training content relevant to imaging procedures and image analysis for stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs).
  • Identifygaps and provide recommendations on CT acquisition process improvements.
  • Participate in professional education conventions, proctor and investigator meetings, full teamtrainingsand on-site imaging training at hospitals as needed.
  • Participate in national sales meetings, regional and local field meetings, and internal training as needed.
  • Answer queries and troubleshoot technical issues asrequired.
  • Mentoring and training field clinical team members to increase team productivity and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or technology field with 5 years of imaging experience ORAssociatedegree or certification in imaging modality certification (e.g., American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)) and 7 years of imaging experience.
  • 5-10 years of related clinical and/or medical industry work experience with in-depth knowledge of structural heart, cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and/or critical care medicine.
  • Strong working knowledge in heart valve replacement and repair, transcatheter structural heart technologies, echocardiography, cardiovascular hemodynamics, and heart failure medicine.
  • Significant experienceworking in a clinical setting and being integrally involved in delivering care directly to patients.
  • Significant experienceutilizingimage viewing and processing software (e.g.3Mensio,OsiriX,Vitrea, Circle, etc.) for CT and/or Echo Analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently by considering multiple points of view.
  • Ability to properlydemonstrate& educateon how to use CT software and image transfer.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant imaging equipment operation (CT scanner and TAVI protocols).
  • Understanding ofcardiac & vascular anatomy and TAVI (TAVR) procedure access options.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of risk indications and TAVI society guideline recommendations
  • Ability to work within a team and as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability toleverageand/or engage others toaccomplishprojects
  • Demonstrated skill and tactfulness in working as a cross-functional team member.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated withanability toinitiateand follow through on assignments.

The base pay for this position is

$99,300.00 – $198,700.00
