Key Responsibilities:
Casecoverage
•Manage logisticsbetweenthesiteandAbbott relatadtoproceduralsupport
•ldentifyand assistintheresolutionofissuesofprocedures
•MaintainRegistry withthesite
Patient Recruitment
•Screen patients withechocardiologisttoensure that sitepersonnel have theskills require to determine patient eligibility
•CallonreferringphysicianstopresentMitraclip technologyandthestudydata
•Organizaoutreach eventsforreferringphysicians.Dinnerpresentations,courses,etc.
•Help develop''promotiona1··materials forreferring physicians touseinpatient recruitment.
•ldentify opportunitiesandimplement programs tostreamline patient screening and procedures scheduling.
Clinicalcoverage
•Providetechnicalsupporttoclinicians.
•Demonstrate procedural stepsfor allinvolved physicians and staff atsites.Conduct in-service programs for not only the Cath lab staff, but for ICU personnel as well
•Developandimplementfield-basedphysicianandstafftrainingprograms
•Communicate physicianfeedback andpersonnel inputfromcaseobservations
