AAPC is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Member Success team! In this role you’ll engage warm leads and conduct outbound calls to spark meaningful, results-driven conversations. You’ll collaborate with members to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a smooth sales process and long-term member satisfaction built on trust and credibility.

This role moves quickly! You’ll manage a high volume of activity, pivot between tasks seamlessly, and make smart decisions in real time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance standards and quotas; strive to surpass assigned sales goals
• Thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Quickly develop comprehensive product knowledge in the dynamic healthcare industry
• Develop, manage, and maintain a robust, active sales pipeline
• Utilize active listening skills to engage in discovery, address concerns, and provide solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a member-first mindset
• Balance performance goals with member-first selling practices

• Energetic, optimistic, and persistent, with a proven track record of success in a goal-driven environment
• Comfortable multitasking and can handle rapid context-switching without losing momentum
• Strong desire to help others succeed and discover their “Why”
• Collaborative team player who will share sales tactics and is eager to learn from peers
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform
• Previous experience with outbound or cold calling
• Proficient in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
• Excellent phone and email communication and presentation skills
• Open to feedback and coaching with a growth-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve
• Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in a performance-driven sales environment
• Curious and adaptable, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and actively listen
