Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer. Together with your colleagues you will ensure that with our products & services we make entertainment simple and personal for more than 100 million users on Set Top Boxes, Smart TV’s, Web and Mobile devices.

Your main activities will be to:

• Lead the experience design and be able to communicate validated concepts to product owners, engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Create prototypes, wire-frames, sketches, journey maps, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences in collaboration with internal and external customers
• Stay on top of industry trends
• Work hand in hand with product managers and lead developers throughout the discovery, design, and development process to bring great ideas to life
• Use mixed usability testing methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data, translate that data into feature enhancements or new products
• Use research to challenge and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better

Requirements

You need:

• Experience with:
• Live TV and or video on demand applications on TV, Mobile and web applications
• Automotive UX/UI
• conducting research/partnering with user researchers
• partnering with engineers to release features, products, and/or services
• working on complex applications by using Design System Management technique
• create websites with Webflow
• Strong skills in
• UX, interaction, and visual design
• wire-framing/prototyping
• visual and verbal communication
• cross-functional collaboration and communication
• A holistic view, understanding, and strong consideration of design and user experience, including layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy
• A holistic understanding of product design, including visual design, experience design, and business acumen
• 3+ years of professional experience in a related field
• Knowledge in UI/UX and working with designers
• Deep understanding of design process to guide, plan, and scope project work
• Demonstrated portfolio with functional UI and visual designs across TV, desktop and mobile devices
• Expertise in programs such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, and prototyping tools.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluent English skills
• Any of those will increase your chances:
• Certification(s) in relevant fields
• Working experience with
• motion design
• conversational design (chat-bots, voice)
• prototyping in Framer X
• Coding knowledge
• Deployed live references in TV / video industry
