What You Will Do

Independently guide the technical direction and implementation of projects, evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact, create and lead technical documentation and repository management practices, and contribute to code reviews and addressing complex bug fixes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of web development experience
• Proficiency in Python, PostgresSQL, AWS, Docker, and frontend development
• Experience leading teams working in Agile software development methodologies
• High level of English proficiency
• Experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs
• Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team
• Expertise in applying object-oriented programming
• High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate
• Experience working collaboratively among relevant information stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers
• Very good knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, SOLID principles and OWASP
