United States only3E is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead complex SDS authoring initiatives for a strategic enterprise client. The role involves serving as a trusted regulatory partner, authoring and reviewing complex Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and providing clear reporting and regulatory insights to support client decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
- Extensive experience in Global EHS and Product Stewardship, with deep hands-on SDS Authoring experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS)
- Demonstrated expertise in EU regulatory requirements (including REACH and CLP)
- Practical experience classifying mixtures and substances, interpreting toxicological and ecotoxicological data, and applying hazard communication requirements
- Proven experience leading projects or client-facing initiatives across global or cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
