We are a mission-driven company dedicated to creating a safer and more sustainable world. We're hiring a Finance Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A team to strengthen and scale reporting and insights across the business.

Requirements

Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence
Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership
Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through continuous process improvements
Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization
Serve as the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert
Lead reporting and dashboard development
Leverage automation, AI, and scalable tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis
Contribute to annual and long-range planning
Prepare executive-ready presentations and analysis
