Cloud & IT Infrastructure Engineer

32Co is hiring a Cloud & IT Infrastructure Engineer to own the cloud infrastructure, manage IT for their London office, and build the operational foundation that keeps the company running reliably as they scale. The role involves deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud VMs, architecting the VM estate, and owning onboarding and offboarding workflows. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud ops, or similar, and is comfortable owning a full IT function independently.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud ops, or similar
• Hands-on with cloud VM environments: Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, or equivalent
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune MDM and Google Workspace at an organisational level
• Comfortable owning a full IT function independently
• Thinks in systems and automation
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making sensible decisions without detailed specs
• Excited about AI as a practical tool
• Strong spoken and written English; communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders
