Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and talented remote Orthodontic Designer to join our clinical team. You’ll be at the heart of our treatment design process which will involve creating exceptional orthodontic plans, shaping our clinical strategy, and supporting the growth of our brilliant design team.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality orthodontic treatment designs remotely, adhering to company policies and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with the Orthodontic Design Lead to refine and improve processes across the team and company.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols.
- Provide insights and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members.
Requirements:
- A qualified orthodontist with relevant certification.
- Previous experience in digital aligner treatment planning.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans.
- Experience with Onyx Aligner software is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
