We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Operations Coordinator to support driver recruitment, administrative, and operational processes for our Amazon DSP business.
Requirements
- Lead the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of drivers
- Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
- Track training, attendance, and time-off requests
- Assist with timecards, payroll processing, and related inquiries
- Support benefits administration
- Coordinate scheduling, shifts, meetings, routes, and other operational activities
- Review and approve PTO requests
- Manage engagement initiatives
- Reconcile invoices, collect receipts, track inventory, and place purchase orders
- Audit HR and operational data
- Draft internal company email communications
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare reports and submit required documentation
