We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Business Support VA to assist with onboarding, marketing coordination, lead nurturing, and administrative organization for a growing residential assisted living facility.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or lead management (healthcare or assisted living experience a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (Level A–B accent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document systems.
- Comfortable handling phone and email outreach in a professional and courteous manner.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Friendly and empathetic, with an understanding of assisted living or healthcare environments (preferred but not required).
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
